Top service, everything clean and well-kept.

The room was nice and the dinner was excellent. Unfortunately, the temperature of the shower kept changing between freezing cold and way too hot. My fellow travelers also had this experience. The breakfast was also rather mediocre. Weak coffee and no fresh rolls, molded shoulder ham and overall little choice.

Very good hotel, nice rooms, good food and a rich breakfast buffet, very good and friendly service is definitely worth a stopover with an overnight stay, and the museum is amazing

We had schnitzel, cordon bleu and steak in the ocean. Everything was delicious and served in a friendly manner. Prices were normal and very appropriate. We'd love to come back :-)

Was there for dinner after a hike. Friendly wait staff, good service and good food. (The ones who give so many negative reviews here are those who don't have the eggs to open their mouths when something is wrong)

The food was not made by yourself and the price was accordingly too high. It is very old and you can see and smell it a bit, which I am sure many will find great. Nevertheless, the staff is very nice and the room furnishings look good too!

I was only there for one night (starting hotel for the Schluchtensteig) but the hotel is great. Unfortunately I forgot to take photos 🙄. I had a single room which is not big now, but is easily enough for one person. The decor is very nice (at least I think) and everything looks very new or extremely well-kept. The bathroom is also great, everything new and modern and (be careful!) A bathtub. Cleanliness is also great, I did not find a grain of dust or a hair (and I really look at it when moving in). The restaurant is also good, dinner and breakfast were tasty, so fully satisfied. I also liked the general design of the hotel, a lot of the very old buildings have been left that way inside, which I think is very good. I would recommend without reservation for more than a day. In the old town center, where the hotel is located, something still needs to be done on many of the houses, sometimes not looking so good anymore.

Very nice country inn in Stühlingen, which is not particularly worth seeing. But ideal for cyclists or hikers. Bicycles can be parked in a garage. Renovated rooms, very good restaurant, friendly service. Everything at moderate prices

Owner-run hotel in the old town center of Stühlingen. Very clean. And very nice landlords. Dining room furnished in a rustic style. The way up the mountain to the vine is definitely worth it.

We were received extremely friendly and ate very well. The fresh scrambled eggs are especially delicious!

Been here several times on business. The hotel is simple, but still great! The staff is always very friendly and helpful!

It was freezing cold! I got pneumonia there because the hotel was completely cooled down when I arrived until I left (Mon-Fri). You should turn on your heating 3 days before your guests arrive after their vacation. In addition, it was completely old and partly really creepy.

It's been a while since we stayed at this hotel, but I'm still thinking back with astonishment. The grandiose breakfast room, really feudal and a breakfast that I have hardly ever experienced again. The boards on! Our room was also excellent (it was No. 10), daylight bathroom and daylight toilet separated with a small wardrobe area. Great division. And at the same time very nice hosts who understand their craft.

Beautiful and very romantic hotel. Friendly and very welcoming owners. Good breakfast and exceptional dinner. I recommend gourmetspiess h stein, tender meat to cook self liking on red-hot granite stone. Greetings to the Italian waiter who advised us very well

We weren't allowed to eat outside as non-residents but were offered a table inside if we could speak German. We can't so we left.

This house is something very special - here modern gastronomy in old, romantic ambience is offered. Although the house was built in 1368 and looks like a museum, it offers modern rooms and contemporary dining. The welcome and service were impeccable the food very good. A great starting point for hikes.

Przy okazji wizyty w restauracji można tskże zobaczyć muzeum starych traktorów oraz lalek. Serdecznie polecam. Ein schönes Restaurant mit einem Stil, der sich in den Sirenenteil der Stadt einfügt. Unglaublich schöne Atmosphäre und leckere Gerichte. Anlässlich Ihres Besuchs im Restaurant können Sie auch das Museum für alte Traktoren und Puppen besichtigen. Ich empfehle es wärmstens. On the occasion of your visit to the restaurant you can also see the museum of old tractors and dolls. I cordially recommend it. It consistes of two historical buildings and one of them just for some rooms woth diffrent sizes and the other has a resturant and they serve a very good breakfast and also you can have your dinner , you can get just a room to stay or room with wifi and breakfast with an extra amount of money

Very friendly staff and great quality food. The room was plenty big enough with a reasonably comfortable bed. The shower was great but the water temperature was quite variable. The wifi was awful, so bad that we couldn't even post this review from the hotel.
